Shelly owns and operates Marketplace, where she and her team have delivered professional property management and brokerage services for more than 30 years. Her integrity, enthusiasm, and dedication make Marketplace an invaluable asset for our clients.

We coordinate maintenance activities, solicit and negotiate contractor bids, and oversee the execution of capital improvements to ensure operational efficiencies as well as the property’s aesthetic appeal. In addition, our experience in the industry has allowed us to develop a deep network of service professionals that meet our superior standards for excellence, so you can rest assured that any job we tackle will be done at a competitive price.
